Hi, I’m China! I started this blog shortly after graduating college in 2010. I had a love for cooking and this became my creative outlet and catalog of recipes.

Almost eight years later, I’ve completed a Natural Chef degree and take every opportunity to cook for family and friends. I am passionate about healthy cooking and am constantly devouring recipes online and in books to get inspiration.

The recipes I post on this blog aren’t always the picture of perfect nutrition but I believe there is room in a healthy diet for treats. It’s all about balance.

I live in San Francisco, and am lucky enough to be married to a wonderful man who is willing to eat everything I cook – other than beets, and preferably chocolate chip cookies.
