Hi, I’m China! I started this blog shortly after graduating college in 2010. I had a love for cooking and this became my creative outlet and catalog of recipes.

Almost seven years later, I’ve made the leap to pursue cooking and nutrition as part of my professional career starting with a Natural Chef degree. I am passionate about healthy cooking and am entering this program with eyes wide open to see where in this industry my skills and interests are the best fit.

The recipes I post on this blog aren’t always the picture of perfect nutrition but I believe there is room in a healthy diet for treats. It’s all about balance.

I live in San Francisco, and am lucky enough to be engaged to a wonderful man who is willing to eat everything I cook – other than mint or beets, preferably chocolate chip cookies.
